If you need to trade on Binance under a company name, you'll need to complete enterprise account verification. First register a Binance account, then select the enterprise verification channel.
Difference Between Enterprise and Personal Verification
Enterprise verification applies to companies, funds, or other legal entities. Upon passing enterprise verification, you can access higher trading and withdrawal limits, as well as API interfaces for programmatic trading.
Required Documents
- Company registration certificate (business license or certificate of incorporation)
- Articles of association or organizational structure documents
- Shareholder and director information
- Legal representative's identity document
- Beneficial owner's identity document
- Proof of company address (bank statement or utility bill from the last three months)
Verification Process
- Log in to your Binance account and go to the identity verification page
- Select "Enterprise Verification"
- Fill in basic company information (name, registration number, location, etc.)
- Upload all required documents
- Fill in shareholder and director information
- The legal representative completes personal identity verification
- Submit and wait for review
Review Time
Enterprise verification is more complex than personal verification and typically takes 3 to 7 business days. If documents are incomplete, the Binance review team will request supplementary materials via email.
Enterprise Account Features
After approval, enterprise accounts enjoy higher API call rates, larger trading and withdrawal limits, and dedicated institutional account manager service. Download the Binance APP to manage your enterprise account as well.
