Forgetting your Binance login password is nothing to stress about -- you can reset it quickly through email or phone. If you don't have an account yet, you can register on Binance first. Existing users can download the Binance APP and reset from the login page.
Password Reset Steps
- Open the Binance APP or web login page
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email or phone number you used to register
- Complete the CAPTCHA security verification
- Receive and enter the verification code
- Set a new password
- Log in with your new password
Password Requirements
New passwords must meet these conditions:
- At least 8 characters
- Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains numbers
- Special characters are recommended
Security Restrictions After Reset
For security purposes, withdrawals are temporarily disabled for 24 hours after a password reset. During this time, you can log in and trade normally, but you cannot withdraw assets.
What If Multiple Reset Attempts Fail
If you can't receive verification codes via email or phone, or you've forgotten which email and phone number you registered with, you'll need to contact Binance customer support for manual assistance. Have your identity information ready, and support will verify and help process your request.
Preventing Future Password Loss
It's recommended to use a password manager to save your password, or record it in a secure location. Don't use the same password across multiple platforms.
